EVENT: ABA Operational Resilience Group meeting
Date: 30th September, 2019 Time: 02:00 pm - 04:00 pm
PwC hosted a meeting of ABA commercial banks on 29 September to bring them up to date on latest developments in the field of banks' operational resilience, and to suggest ways in which ABA members could work together to share insights, learn lessons, and improve their operational resilience.
This meeting was a follow-up to the Corporate Members' lunch that PwC hosted on 26th June.
The PwC team guided participants through the latest regulatory expectations, and suggested ways in which they could think about the adequacy of their own firms' ability to withstand shocks and disruptions.
PwC's Hani Salem, who is also a Board member of the ABA, will be co-ordinating future events of the group.
On 9 October, PwC published a White Paper entitled, Operational Resilience: how to set and test impact tolerences. The paper is attached at the bottom of this post.
